Where the teacher's welfare do matter

Step 1: Formulating an Inquiry Question

During this phase, our group spent time formulating our group's initial approach toward the topic.
After we had our inquiry question we started thinking how we could find out more about it, and through an interview with a principal we found out 3 main thing she thought was essential to having quality welfare, and thus our methodology was born.
At this phase of the project, we created a survey based on the key points that were brought up to us by the interview. At the same time, we were using these results in conjunction with journal articles to formulate our proposed solutions.
