CONCERN:

Teachers not being able to juggle their work responsibilities and personal life

“Teaching today is not the same as it was in the past - there are higher expectations and additional sources of stress“ (Teng, 2016)

Common stressors of work overload, time restraints, problems with child behaviour, working conditions, relationships with colleagues, lack of resources and the physical demands of teaching have been identified repeatedly by researchers.
