After some research in the form of analyzing journal articles, interviewing a principal and conducting a survey with teachers, what our team realized is that teacher's welfare was often looked at with both the physical welfare of the teachers and at the same time their ability to remain in the industry. To directly tackle this our team believes that it is important for teachers to have a healthy work-life balance, this led to the development of our time-management workshops.
